Job Description

  • Coordinates and directs restaurant activities during the shift based on guest traffic flow.
  • Monitors sales, employee hours, and guest counts throughout the shift to ensure proper staffing.
  • Directs hourly employees to fulfill job duties and priorities.
  • Coach employees on guest service skills, service cycle, and other guest focused activities to meet or exceed guest service standards.
  • Interacts with guests inquiring about food and service.
  • Monitors employee break procedures to be sure breaks are taken as scheduled according to federal, state or local regulations.
  • Completes shift walk-throughs, including temperature checklist and takes corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate security protocols for guest, employees and facility safety.
  • Provide regular training and quality performance results to managers and employees.
  • Timely completion of all financial obligations and reporting, including payroll, payables and receivables, etc.

Requirements:
