This position is responsible for providing attentive, cheerful, courteous, professional customer service to all customers, internal and external, striving to always exceed their expectations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for sales, stocking shelves, pricing inventory in the gift shop. Preparing inventory reconciliation in a quarterly basis or when required per management. Receiving, checking, and pricing orders. Operate cash register, handle cash and balance daily receipts. Light housekeeping such as dusting and polishing shelves and merchandise. Maintain excellent grooming appearance and always provide excellent customer service and able to upsell. Performs other job-related duties as assigned per manager and supervisor in a daily basis. Must be able to lift up-to 50 lbs., move cases of merchandise. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED required. Money-handling and excellent customer service skills are a necessity. Basic math and hospitality background preferred. Must possess a high regard for customer service and employee relations. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Money-handling and excellent customer service skills are a necessity.
  • Basic math and hospitality background preferred.
  • Must possess a high regard for customer service and employee relations.
  • Good communication skills, and the ability to perform in fast paced and. goal-oriented environment. 
  • Prior cashiering experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels.
  • Position requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events such as inventory and or floor resets. Position may require overtime
