This role is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to handle complex and challenging cases in the family law sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in areas including but not limited to Custody, Family Law, Negotiation, Court Appearances, Child Custody, Child Support, and Spousal Support. This role provides a platform to make a significant impact, utilizing your skills and experience to help clients navigate through difficult family law matters.Responsibilities:1. Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division.2. Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations effectively and professionally.3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and marital settlement agreements.4. Conduct thorough and detailed case assessments to identify potential legal issues and develop effective strategies to resolve them.5. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.6. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to case management.7. Stay updated with the latest developments in family law and participate in ongoing professional development activities.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in practicing family law.3. Active member of the state bar in good standing.4. Proven experience in handling complex family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support.5. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.9.
