Your role will also involve managing the daily operations , leading a team, and driving business success through superior patient care.Key Duties• Patient Care: Conduct thorough hearing evaluations, including sound field, air and bone conduction, SRT, LDL, MCL, and speech testing.• Hearing Solutions: Recommend and fit hearing instruments tailored to each patient's unique hearing needs and lifestyle.• Follow-Up Care: Provide ongoing patient support, including regular check-ups and maintenance care to ensure long -term satisfaction throughout the hearing aid purchase process.• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage assistant staff and maintain a professional work environment.• Financial Performance: Ensure the clinic meets financial goals and tracking the success of marketing initiatives.Package and Benefits

Key Skills and Qualifications• A current license to dispense hearing instruments in Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain one).• Previous experience in hearing aid dispensing and/or fitting.• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain test results clearly to patients.• A professional demeanor and the ability to manage office operations effectively.• Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.INDUSAAUDJ422101
