The ability to move, perform and respond quickly under pressure and for long periods of time is essential.  Ability to perform the functions of each crew position, including; customer service, product preparation, cash accountability, drive-thru and back-line food preparation. Possesses the leadership qualities necessary to coach crew on restaurant policies, standards, and customer service. Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices. ServSafe® certified or approved equivalent. Strong hospitality and customer service skills.
