Job Description

The Facility Custodian is responsible to assist with general housekeeping and light maintenance of the work site and grounds.

  1. Restroom maintenance and cleaning as well as keeping restrooms stocked with toilet tissue, soap dispensers filled, paper towels dispensers filled, and all other restroom products stocked.
  2. Properly break down and dispose of cardboard including use of cardboard baler.
  3. Empty all trash receptacles and dispose of trash properly.
  4. Keep floors in clean condition to include mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and/or floor scrubber.
  5. Dusting shelves, products, etc.
  6. Replace light bulbs as necessary.
  7. Possible lawn mowing/maintenance and snow removal.

Wage range: $12-$16 /hr (depending on experience).
