Job Summary The Overnight Custodian will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor. Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products. Note - This role is on 2nd shift. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting in office, production, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas. Clean, disinfect, and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and high-touch areas per established health and safety protocols. Empty trash bins, remove recycling, and manage waste disposal in compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Maintain the exterior appearance of buildings and grounds, including trash removal and light outdoor cleaning tasks. Restock and monitor cleaning and hygiene supplies across all buildings. Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, reporting equipment malfunctions pertaining to position, and supporting preventive maintenance activities. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all facilities remain in optimal condition. Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements in alignment with the Sealing Devices Quality System.
