  • Daily maintenance and cleanup of building exterior and parking areas
  • Regular inside cleaning of common areas, restrooms, conference rooms, etc.
  • Interior window and glass cleaning as needed

  • Safely use cleaning supplies and equipment that may include chemicals and light machinery

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Demonstrated self-starter ability

  • Physical Requirements: capacity to lift heavy items (up to 50lbs)
  • Access to reliable transportation to and from the office

Education/Experience:

  • 1-3 years minimum of custodian experience
  • Previous custodian experience in an office/professional environment preferred
