Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and cleanliness standards. Adhere to established cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. Perform routine custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing designated areas such as offices, restrooms, break rooms, corridors, and other common spaces. Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste according to established guidelines. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to maintain a polished appearance. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of supply closets and custodial equipment storage areas. Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other cleaning materials as needed. Operate and maintain floor scrubber equipment to clean and maintain floor surfaces. Conduct regular inspections of the floor scrubber to ensure its proper functioning, report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor promptly. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating the floor scrubber and using cleaning chemicals. Collaborate with other custodial staff members to ensure efficient and effective completion of cleaning tasks. Required Skills, Education, Experience: Basic understanding of using and handling cleaning chemicals. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
