Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, classrooms, offices, and common areas Empty trash receptacles and replace liners; manage recycling stations Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces Secure buildings by locking doors and windows after hours Report safety hazards, maintenance needs, and vandalism promptly Maintain exterior areas including entrances, sidewalks, and grounds as needed Assist with furniture setup, event preparation, and moving tasks Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies Maintain cleaning logs and supply inventory Qualifications Proven experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safe chemical handling Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent preferred Core Competencies Reliability and consistency in task execution Respectful communication and teamwork Proactive problem-solving and situational awareness Accountability and pride in workmanship Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team culture Other duties may be assigned. - Clean and sanitize restrooms, classrooms, offices, and common areas

- Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Secure buildings by locking doors and windows after hours
- Report safety hazards, maintenance needs, and vandalism promptly
- Maintain exterior areas including entrances, sidewalks, and grounds as needed
- Assist with furniture setup, event preparation, and moving tasks
- Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Maintain cleaning logs and supply inventory
Qualifications
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safe chemical handling
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
