Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time Office Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and employees. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and contribute to the overall cleanliness and functionality of our office.  

*This role is only open to candidates currently residing within a 45 miles radius from Browning, MT at this time

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors 
• Sweep and mop floors in common areas and offices 
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, such as desks, tables, and countertops
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners 
• Clean windows and glass surfaces 
• Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap 
• Monitor and order cleaning supplies as needed 
• Assist with setting up and breaking down for meetings or events 
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals 
• Perform general maintenance tasks around the branch
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel 
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong organizations skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proven experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred 
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
