With furnished villas (including 3 floating villas) and deluxe waterfront RV sites, swimming pool, convenience store, souvenir shop, restaurant, and long-term or short-term storage options, New Orleans RV Resort & Marina redefines the Lake Pontchartrain marina vacation lifestyle.Position Summary: The Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property's office, public restrooms, pool areas, and common spaces with duties including but not limited to mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. This role involves keeping track of cleaning supply inventory, reporting issues to the Property Manager, and taking pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment for guests.  Key Responsibilities:Clean the resort office, public restrooms and pool areas including mopping, dusting, vacuuming and removing trash.Clean showers and laundry areas twice daily (beginning and end of work shift).Lightly cleaning of up to 9 rental cabins a day (no beds or bathrooms).Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas throughout the PropertyMonitor restrooms and common areas throughout the day and clean as needed.Assist with housekeeping and cleaning of rental units or other areas of the property as needed.Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly use and care for equipment and supplies.Report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns to the Property Manager.Assist with deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning projects as needed. Required Skills/Experience:At least 1 year of previous housekeeping experience in a hospitality environment, required.High School Diploma or GED, required.Motivated and dedicated to serving customers and a job well done.Must be able to maintain high standards and work safely.Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
