We are looking for a Plumbing Trade Foreman candidate to join our Field Operations team at Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL. The Plumbing Trade Foreman is responsible for the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of assigned construction crews on a project jobsite to safely produce quality work, within project requirements, targeted budget, schedule, and in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. Minimum four (4) years as a journeyman plumber in construction; government, military, or large commercial project experience preferred. Design-build experience is desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook required; training available for Primavera, Oracle, BIM, Revit/Autodesk, and Bluebeam. CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS certifications required (training available). POSITION REQUIREMENTS General Qualifications: Must have experience with EAR and ITAR export licensing, as well as experience with technology control plans and deemed export reviews. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred). Must have knowledge in Export software such as SAP GTS (preferred). Mathematics Skills Position requires general business math skills. Language Skills Position requires strong written and verbal skills. The ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing is essential. Reports, email correspondence, schedules, are all typical requirements of this position and must be effectively and professionally communicated. Reasoning Ability Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practices is required. The job requires a very independent way of performing work within set guidelines. Typically required to use spreadsheets, data base queries, multiple ERP Systems, presentations, and word processing applications. Attention to Detail Meticulous in tracking, documentation, and reporting of trade transactions. Proactive Approach Ability to anticipate regulatory changes and adjust company policies. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required at the time of hire and periodically thereafter. We now have a national presence with current projects spanning coast to coast. We are a full-service Design-Build company. We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations' team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense (DoD) market. We are looking for a Plumbing Trade Foreman candidate to join our Field Operations team at Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL. The Plumbing Trade Foreman is responsible for the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of assigned construction crews on a project jobsite to safely produce quality work, within project requirements, targeted budget, schedule, and in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. PAY: $45.00-52.00 per hour, DOE BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Company Match, 1 week of vacation, and sick time. Planning and Organization: Developing specific goals and schedules to prioritize and complete work efficiently. Communication and Coordination: Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, subordinates, and external stakeholders in person, by phone, email, or written correspondence. Team Leadership: Coordinating the work and activities of crew members to accomplish daily and long-term project objectives. Scheduling and Resource Management: Managing labor, materials, and time to ensure project milestones are achieved. Safety and Quality Control: Identifying hazards, inspecting work progress, and ensuring compliance with all specifications, laws, and RQ safety procedures. Interpersonal Effectiveness: Building and maintaining cooperative working relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in construction management or engineering preferred. Minimum two (2) years of experience as a foreman supervising the plumbing trade on medium or large projects. Minimum four (4) years as a journeyman plumber in construction; government, military, or large commercial project experience preferred. Design-build experience is desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook required; training available for Primavera, Oracle, BIM, Revit/Autodesk, and Bluebeam. CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS certifications required (training available).
