Regulatory Compliance : Understanding of federal, state, and local regulations related to utility work in public rights-of-way. Safety Planning : Expertise in planning for worker and public safety during road moves, particularly around live utilities. Additional Preferred Skills: Project Management : Experience in managing road move projects from start to finish, including coordination with multiple stakeholders. Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication to liaise with contractors, utility companies, and government agencies.
