The property inspector then reports the general condition of the property using a mobile app. Mortgage Field Service Inspectors are Property Inspectors who: *Determine if a property is occupied or vacant. *Rate the property as Good, Fair, or Poor. *Take photos of the property using your smart cell phone. *Fill out a form on your cell phone using a downloadable app. *Answer multiple choice questions about the property condition. REQUIREMENTS: *Must be able to pass a criminal background check. *Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus). *Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone). *Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both). *Must a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms. INCOME and ASSIGNMENTS: Income-based on area and volume. Most inspectors can complete several inspections an hour. Rural areas may pay more per inspection on average. Key Responsibilities Establish and monitor department performance for Safety, Quality, 5S and Productivity. Deep understanding of powder coating processes, application techniques, curing, and associated equipment. 2-5+ years of supervisory or management experience within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in team leadership, employee coaching, process improvement, and production planning. Strong ability to read and interpret product blueprints and engineering specifications. Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees in a manufacturing environment. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve production issues and equipment malfunctions. Proficient in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with employees, leadership, and cross-functional teams. Proficient using computers and various manufacturing and production software applications to track performance, plan schedules, and monitor quality control. Mortgage Field Service Inspectors are Property Inspectors who:

*Determine if a property is occupied or vacant.

*Rate the property as Good, Fair, or Poor.

*Take photos of the property using your smart cell phone.

*Fill out a form on your cell phone using a downloadable app.

*Answer multiple choice questions about the property condition.

REQUIREMENTS:
