As a Senior Broadband Engineer, you will work with VPS telecommunications company clients, facilitating the design and deployment of broadband networks (primarily fiber cable based) that meet their long-term goals. The types of projects may include multi-year, phased construction projects; grant applications with tight deadlines; and other initiatives. This position will work as a bridge between onsite boots-on-the-ground staff, contractors, and technical engineering plans, helping bring projects from concept to fruition. A successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of broadband network design including engineering calculations, field data collection, fiber design, and the development of material lists. Assigned projects may include construction work plans, long range strategic planning, planning studies, and sectionalizing studies for clients. A Senior Broadband Engineer can expect to communicate frequently with clients and vendors and work on multiple projects simultaneously. This position is expected to involve supervisory responsibility, including the delegation of tasks and oversite of the work of others. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to grow, professional, and adaptable. Attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills are vital. The qualified candidate should have prior working relationship with broadband operators in the United States. Experience with optical transport networks, data networking, access electronics, and voice switching is strongly preferred. Must be able to successfully pass clients' background screening process. Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Rapid City and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.

Requirements:

You must be a currently licensed real estate agent ( We can help you get licensed )

You must have access to the MLS

You must have experience showing homes in the Rapid City area.

You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.
