Mitographers, Inc., a Fey Company, is seeking a Press Operator to support the production of high‑quality printed products. This is a hands‑on role for someone who values precision, consistency, and teamwork in a professional manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do: 

·         Operate and monitor printing equipment

• Set up machines and make adjustments to meet quality standards
• Prepare and load materials for production runs
• Perform in‑process quality checks and first‑piece inspections
• Identify defects and communicate issues promptly
• Complete production documentation and follow work orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support packaging and preparation of finished goods for shipment

What We’re Looking For:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred (print experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow standardized processes and instructions
• Reliable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes

Schedule & Requirements

• Full‑Time | 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
• Overtime may be required during peak production periods.
