Position Duties and Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Facility Management Oversee the daily operations and management of multiple Units, Extensions, and Community Impact Sites. Ensure smooth facility operations and proactively address youth-related situations and Club-wide management needs. Manage snow days and unplanned closures by ensuring appropriate staffing and safe operations. Take ownership of unexpected or urgent responsibilities typically handled by the administrative team. Staff Leadership & Human Resources Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and motivate a team of full-time and part-time staff. Conduct performance reviews, develop performance improvement plans, and manage disciplinary actions as needed. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CIVIL DESIGN TECHNICIAN

As a member of the engineering division, you will perform civil engineering design on a variety of projects, including multi-discipline site development projects as well as civil-only projects.  You will prepare design drawings and specifications with a focus on grading, paving, stormwater, sanitary sewer, site and utility design, post construction stormwater management and erosion control utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.  You will routinely prepare cost estimates and interact with local review agencies for permitting.  Your ability to adhere to quality standards, work efficiently as part of a team, and focus on client satisfaction will ensure you are very successful in this position!

QUALIFICATIONS

    Associates or Bachelors in Civil Engineering Technology or Computer Aided Design program.
  • 3+ years relevant drafting experience
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
