A Brief Overview The Warehouse Technician performs general warehouse functions to include research and coordination of purchasing materials, supplies and limited services (as directed); creating and processing purchase orders; receiving, inventorying and stocking deliveries; monitoring and meeting delivery deadlines; monitoring and maintaining appropriate inventory levels to support maintenance operations during off and peak seasons. This role will also perform administrative functions in support of annual budget preparation and periodic budget reviews, general warehouse oversight and recordkeeping in support of residential military communities. What you will do Generates accurate purchase orders for procurement of materials and parts, as well as vendor services as applicable, in accordance with company guidelines and operating systems via requests generated by supervisors or other electronic recording submissions. Reviews purchase orders and related paperwork verifying accuracy and completeness. Ensures purchasing of materials is accomplished in a timely manner keeping special order materials and services to a minimum. Processes vendor invoices for payments in a timely manner, ensuring correct general ledger accounts are applied for accurate budget allocation (if applicable). Follows all Purchasing Card procedures for ordering material not maintained within the purchasing operating system. Provides reporting on purchasing activity on an established periodic basis or as requested by managers. Supports and ensures timely input, proper use, and full utilization of site property management software systems as it relates to purchasing and supply activities. Maintains inventory of maintenance parts, materials, appliances, furniture, tools, equipment, and custodial supplies. Maintains inventory and stock control utilizing min/max levels. Maintains all applicable Safety Data Sheets and specific operating manuals for equipment used and maintained on site. Utilizes inventory control operating system to document and track movement of inventory from receipt to warehouse stock location, to technician van and ultimately to the assigned home asset. Conducts physical inventory counts in accordance with policy and as directed by site management. Counts will be conducted on warehouse stock, maintenance vehicles and satellite warehouse locations where applicable. Maintains all inventory forms and tools logs for inventory, tools and equipment removed from warehouse. Maintains documented equipment safety checks of power tools and equipment maintained within the warehouse. Documents all capital materials removed from the warehouse and ensure all capital items have documented disposition forms showing product location and receive Community Director approval before discarding or salvaging. Suggests inventory volume adjustments to MD or supervisor when necessary to ensure all maintenance repairs can be completed utilizing product usage and trend reports. Assumes responsibility for maintaining and operating the Self-Help program (property specific). Ensures all equipment loaned to residents through self-help is in safe operating condition. Acts in a professional, courteous and respectful manner at all times when assisting residents. Assists with training new employees as well as with ongoing training of employees on the use of procurement software, processes and procedures. Keeps current on communication received from management on company policies and regulatory compliance, and perform duties based on those requirements. Upkeeps all forms, records, and suggests revisions to documents as needed. Understands and ensures compliance with all company, local, state, and federal safety rules. Actively identifies opportunities for more efficient practices. Escalates property issues or any crises to appropriate parties. Assists all members of the management team in the coordination of special projects. Maintains manual dexterity and coordination needed to operate equipment, which may include forklift operation and /or company vehicles for pick up/delivery of materials. Performs additional duties as assigned which may include light duty maintenance repairs of warehouse tools/equipment and other warehouse items, vehicle/fleet administrative assistance and other support. Follows all OSHA regulations, safety, and environmental procedures. Maintains a safe and clean workplace. Represents the community in a professional manner at all times-on and off the property. This position requires driving for the Company using either 1) a Company vehicle, at any frequency from Rarely to Constantly; or, 2) a Personal or Rental vehicle to conduct Company business more than 50% of the time to perform work duties. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED or equivalent Required 1-3 years of experience in procurement, warehousing, receiving, inventory control or materials management in a construction, maintenance or manufacturing environment. Required Strong computer skills with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization as well as working with the military community and the military command. Be able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work, as well as to lift weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and above 50 pounds occasionally. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Requires a self-motivated, team player who has the ability to prioritize and demonstrates strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-moving environment. The Home Infusion Nurse fills an integral role in the clinical operations of the organization, working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team needed to prepare, deliver and seek reimbursement for the infusion therapy that is safely and effectively administered to each patient. Primary Responsibilities: Establish and maintain positive clinical rapport with patients and their families, working closely with them in the provision of infusion therapy, education related to self-care and self-administration, and clinical monitoring of patient response to therapy Assess patient appropriateness for home infusion therapy, including safety of the home environment, availability of caregiver support, and willingness of patient and/or caregivers to become as independent in therapy administration and monitoring of response to therapy as possible Obtain and document patient's medical history at the start of care and ongoing, particularly as related to the diagnosis being treated with the prescribed infusion therapy Complete all required clinical documentation thoroughly and timely, including nursing plans of care (POC), plans of treatment (POT), visit notes, clinical summaries, medication profiles, discharge summaries and any updates provided to members of the patient's care team, as well as obtaining patient and/or caregiver signatures on relevant consents and required forms Participate in case conferences as needed to comprehensively plan patient care with the multi-disciplinary care team Provide skilled care to patients of varying ages and medical conditions, as outlined in the plan of care and in accordance with physician orders and the plan of treatment Establish, secure and maintain vascular access devices as prescribed, including (but not limited to) peripheral IV (PIV) placement, PICC and tunneled central venous catheter dressing changes, and implanted port access Administer medications as prescribed, performing therapy-specific clinical assessments in accordance with the Company's policies, procedures and protocols, which may include frequent vital sign monitoring, management of acute infusion reactions, monitoring of side effects, and procurement of laboratory specimens Communicate observations of patient response to therapy and overall physical assessment/condition with members of the care team in a timely manner, which may include the nursing supervisor, dispensing pharmacist, registered dietitian, and licensed prescriber, among others Establish collaborative relationships with home health agencies (HHAs) delivering services on behalf of/or in conjunction with the Company, providing agency education and support as requested by the nursing supervisor Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of infusion therapies administered in the home and ambulatory infusion center, utilizing Company policies, procedures and protocols in addition to all available training resources to ensure understanding of each therapy before initiating treatment Maintain current nursing licensure in all states in which patients are serviced, as required by the respective State Boards of Nursing and/or Department of Health Comply with all State and Federal regulations and laws, including employee health and safety protections mandated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), patient privacy and data security required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as well as all home infusion standards of practice Complete all training required upon hire and annually per policy, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification Serve as a professional representative of the Company when meeting with and/or providing education to external customers, payers and referral sources Assist in staff orientation and training, serving as a clinical educator and resource as requested Drive personal/rental vehicle (per travel policy) in the completion of job duties, including (but not limited to) travel to the Company office, patient homes, area hospitals, physician offices, home health agency offices, and the Company's Ambulatory Infusion Suite (AIS) You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Job Description

A Brief Overview

The Warehouse Technician performs general warehouse functions to include research and coordination of purchasing materials, supplies and limited services (as directed); creating and processing purchase orders; receiving, inventorying and stocking deliveries; monitoring and meeting delivery deadlines; monitoring and maintaining appropriate inventory levels to support maintenance operations during off and peak seasons. This role will also perform administrative functions in support of annual budget preparation and periodic budget reviews, general warehouse oversight and recordkeeping in support of residential military communities.

What you will do

  • Generates accurate purchase orders for procurement of materials and parts, as well as vendor services as applicable, in accordance with company guidelines and operating systems via requests generated by supervisors or other electronic recording submissions.
  • Reviews purchase orders and related paperwork verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensures purchasing of materials is accomplished in a timely manner keeping special order materials and services to a minimum.
  • Processes vendor invoices for payments in a timely manner, ensuring correct general ledger accounts are applied for accurate budget allocation (if applicable).
  • Follows all Purchasing Card procedures for ordering material not maintained within the purchasing operating system.
  • Provides reporting on purchasing activity on an established periodic basis or as requested by managers.
  • Supports and ensures timely input, proper use, and full utilization of site property management software systems as it relates to purchasing and supply activities.
  • Maintains inventory of maintenance parts, materials, appliances, furniture, tools, equipment, and custodial supplies.
  • Maintains inventory and stock control utilizing min/max levels.
  • Maintains all applicable Safety Data Sheets and specific operating manuals for equipment used and maintained on site.
  • Utilizes inventory control operating system to document and track movement of inventory from receipt to warehouse stock location, to technician van and ultimately to the assigned home asset.
  • Conducts physical inventory counts in accordance with policy and as directed by site management. Counts will be conducted on warehouse stock, maintenance vehicles and satellite warehouse locations where applicable.
  • Maintains all inventory forms and tools logs for inventory, tools and equipment removed from warehouse.
  • Maintains documented equipment safety checks of power tools and equipment maintained within the warehouse.
  • Documents all capital materials removed from the warehouse and ensure all capital items have documented disposition forms showing product location and receive Community Director approval before discarding or salvaging.
  • Suggests inventory volume adjustments to MD or supervisor when necessary to ensure all maintenance repairs can be completed utilizing product usage and trend reports.
  • Assumes responsibility for maintaining and operating the Self-Help program (property specific).
  • Ensures all equipment loaned to residents through self-help is in safe operating condition.
  • Acts in a professional, courteous and respectful manner at all times when assisting residents.
  • Assists with training new employees as well as with ongoing training of employees on the use of procurement software, processes and procedures.
  • Keeps current on communication received from management on company policies and regulatory compliance, and perform duties based on those requirements.
  • Upkeeps all forms, records, and suggests revisions to documents as needed.
  • Understands and ensures compliance with all company, local, state, and federal safety rules.
  • Actively identifies opportunities for more efficient practices.
  • Escalates property issues or any crises to appropriate parties.
  • Assists all members of the management team in the coordination of special projects.
  • Maintains manual dexterity and coordination needed to operate equipment, which may include forklift operation and /or company vehicles for pick up/delivery of materials.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned which may include light duty maintenance repairs of warehouse tools/equipment and other warehouse items, vehicle/fleet administrative assistance and other support.
  • Follows all OSHA regulations, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Maintains a safe and clean workplace.
  • Represents the community in a professional manner at all times-on and off the property.
  • This position requires driving for the Company using either 1) a Company vehicle, at any frequency from Rarely to Constantly; or, 2) a Personal or Rental vehicle to conduct Company business more than 50% of the time to perform work duties.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent Required
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement, warehousing, receiving, inventory control or materials management in a construction, maintenance or manufacturing environment. Required
  • Strong computer skills with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization as well as working with the military community and the military command.
  • Be able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work, as well as to lift weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and above 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Requires a self-motivated, team player who has the ability to prioritize and demonstrates strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-moving environment.
  • Must have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of different people in a variety of situations.
  • Ability to obtain necessary certifications (OSHA). Required
  • DL NUMBER - Driver's License, Valid and in State Required

Compensation

We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience.
