This role will play a part in growing and maintaining the bank's portfolio and will make efforts to be a part of and improve the community in which they reside. The primary role of the NAEP 2026 Assessment Administrator (AA) is to administer assessments in participating schools for grades 4, 8, and 12 in public and private schools. In addition to administering assessments, AAs assist with preparation and other assessment-related activities in collaboration with assessment coordinators (AC). AAs will be administering assessments using school devices. This includes collaborating with your team to install the NAEP application on school devices and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. Success in this role demands strong organizational, adaptability, and interpersonal skills. It also requires some technical proficiency to operate and troubleshoot devices. About the role

The Ag/Commercial Loan Officer position specializes in providing loans and other banking products to commercial clients across multiple areas, such as business banking, agricultural, and commercial real estate. This role will play a part in growing and maintaining the bank's portfolio and will make efforts to be a part of and improve the community in which they reside.

Position can be located in Bristol, Waubay, or Sisseton. It is not a remote position.

  • Evaluate client/applicant's credit to determine appropriate lending decision based on company risk-tolerance levels.
  • Determine value or status of collateral as necessary during the loan application process.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of bank's products and identify opportunities to recommend other products or services to customers.
