Job Description
Make a difference.
As a Branch Supervisor, you will build new and strengthen existing customer relationships by promoting the Company's products and services to maximize sales and gross margin.
In this role you will:
- Develop and maintain counter area through effective inventory management and strategic product placement
- Ensure customer service commensurate with market requirements and Company's customer service policy
- Achieve market penetration to meet branch, district, and Company objectives
- Provide or establish training plan for all employees at location
- Schedule, plan, and implement promotional activities in conjunction with suppliers.
What you bring to the table:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience required: Some business experience in sales, operations, service, management, or finance
- 4+ years of experience preferred: Past supervisory or management experience in sales, operations, service, management, or finance positions
- 4 year degree preferred: Business, management, administration, or finance
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
- Ability to interface with all levels of both external (customers and suppliers) and internal (employees and management) customers
- Ability to manage, motivate, and influence others to achieve the branch's established objectives
- Some travel required
Compensation Details: The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $55,000 annually, depending on experience. This position is also incentive eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.
