What You'll Do: 

• Offer in-home support and companionship to older adults, helping create a safe and comfortable environment
• Assist clients with daily personal care while encouraging their overall physical, emotional, and social wellness
• Promote independence by supporting clients in maintaining their routines and abilities
• Oversee individual care needs and help ensure services are delivered consistently and effectively
• Work closely with the office team to build and adjust customized care plans for each client
• Balance time between non-medical companionship duties and hands-on care services

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Minimum of 6 months of experience working with seniors required.
• Valid driver's license, with a good driving record and auto insurance.
• Must own or have access to a personal vehicle to transport yourself and clients as needed.
