Job Description We're seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in advancing our infrastructure and deployment processes. Lead design sessions and topology reviews to enhance the quality of engineering across the organization. We're seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in advancing our infrastructure and deployment processes. You'll collaborate with technical teams across the organization to build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure, and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines in TeamCity using Kotlin DSL/configuration-as-code. Work closely with technical teams to accommodate new requirements and address issues.
  • Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with the Cloud team to manage CI/CD infrastructure on AWS via Terraform.
  • Release Automation: Partner with QA and Release Management to enhance release automation, including the generation of release notes via Java and the Jira REST API.
  • Test Automation Collaboration: Work with QA Automation to provide platforms for automated, GUI, and systems integration testing against the BIDS trading engine.
  • Gradle Build Support: Maintain and evolve Gradle build scripts for the Core Development team, offering guidance on IDE integrations and best practices.
  • Security & Compliance: Work with the Security team to triage and remediate security findings from integrated scanning tools.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Software Reliability Engineer, or Software Developer.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Java/Kotlin, Maven, and Gradle.

  • Solid understanding of HTTP protocol and REST APIs.

  • Experience working with AWS or similar cloud service providers.

  • Experience with CI/CD services such as TeamCity, Jenkins, or equivalent.

  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
