Introduction

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Support Engineer to join our team for a 6-month contract position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and application support. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling multiple tasks and ensuring system stability and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in DevOps or related fields.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline management, including daily deployment and support for 100 pipelines.
• Experience with GKE GCP, including node pool resizing and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of SSL certificate renewals and environment creation.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Cloudflare, including new application onboarding and rule creation.
• Familiarity with CrushFTP environment creation and support.
• Experience with Liferay upgrades and hotfix deployments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support existing CI/CD pipelines and set up new ones for enhancements.
• Perform quarterly upgrades for operators and manage DB cluster backups and restores.
• Handle SSL renewals and create new environments as needed.
• Provide daily support for all application environments and perform quarterly upgrades for CrushFTP.
• Manage monitoring alerts and maintenance using ASM, AIOPS, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Address vulnerabilities immediately and track them using Prisma, PCI, and Qualys.
