Skills Required:

This role requires a DevOps Engineer that has supported embedded software.
Required Technical Expertise (Must-Have) Google Cloud Platform Advanced
Google Compute Engine: VM provisioning, debugging, image creation with Packer
GCP Load Balancing: configure, troubleshoot, and optimize traffic routing
Artifact Registry: manage container images and lifecycle controls CI/CD & Automation
Jenkins: o Deploy and maintain Jenkins controllers o Perform version upgrades and plugin lifecycle management o Implement secure, scalable pipelines o Provision and manage dynamic build agents on GCP Infrastructure as Code
Terraform: o Write and maintain modular, reusable Terraform code o Debug state, provider, and deployment issues o Integrate Terraform into CI/CD workflows Containers
Build, secure, version, and deploy container images
Promote artifacts across environments using automated pipelines

Experience Required:

This role requires a DevOps Engineer that has supported embedded software
7+ years of professional DevOps or platform engineering experience
Demonstrated ownership of CI/CD platforms and cloud infrastructure in production environments Experience leading or standardizing DevOps practices across teams Our top 5 skills for this position: 1. GCP - Specifically GCE & GKE 2. Jenkins 3. Git 4. Docker 5. Terraform

Skills Preferred:

Preferred / Additional Expertise Cloud Run: design, deploy, secure, debug, and scale production services Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE): namespace management, Helm-based deployments
GCP Networking: advanced debugging of proxies, load balancers, NEGs, and connectivity issues DevSecOps, IAM hardening, and compliance-driven CI/CD
