NICE is seeking a Senior MLOps/DevOps Engineer to lead the deployment, automation, and lifecycle management of machine learning (ML) models in our multitenant CCaaS platform. This role will focus on managing AWS deployments and implementing best practices for ML observability, rollback, and CI/CD workflows.

You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional application team and a global DevOps organization to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable ML operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring that models not only work in notebooks but perform consistently in production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models and associated infrastructure.
  • Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for ML model pipelines.
  • Ensure security, auditability, and scalability of ML infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams on shared cloud infrastructure.
  • Write and maintain runbooks to help support teams resolve production issues.
  • Respond to escalated production issues, sometimes outside normal business hours.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or MLOps, with at least 2 years focused on ML systems.
  • Strong experience with AWS, especially SageMaker, IAM, and CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CodePipeline.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (ECS, EKS).
  • Knowledge of model drift detection, monitoring, and rollback strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multitenant architectures in SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with ML metadata tracking and experiment management.
  • Exposure to model governance or responsible AI frameworks.
