Requirements and Qualifications: Education Bachelors, Masters or PhD in computer science or related engineering disciplines or relevant experience. Years and Type of Experience 6-8 years of experience in a DevOps or related role. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef). Experience with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Github Actions, GitLab CI, Google Cloud Build). Experience mentoring junior developers is advantageous. Contributions to successful software products is a plus. Key Skills, Knowledge & Capabilities Advanced programming skills with focus on maintainable code. Golang is advantageous. Skilled in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus. Deep understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated capacity to collaborate and support teams effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven leadership and mentorship skills. Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
