You will play a key role in defining how we deploy, secure, monitor, and manage systems across multiple environments, enabling reliable and scalable operations for our robotics and manufacturing systems.This is an opportunity for an experienced engineer to lead infrastructure strategy, streamline development workflows, and partner closely with software engineers to deliver highly reliable systems. You will be hands-on from day one and help shape the DevOps function as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure-based cloud infrastructure, including Azure Government environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Manage and maintain Linux-based systems and services across development and production environments.
• Support containerized deployments using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage secrets, certificates, and authentication across services and environments.
• Implement system observability including logging, monitoring, alerting, and tracing.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues and help define operational best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment speed, reliability, and system performance.
