You will have the opportunity to own production solutions while getting hands on with a variety of technologies. What is the opportunity?

As a Senior engineer in the UEM Cloud Services team, you will wear many hats. You will have the opportunity to own production solutions while getting hands on with a variety of technologies.  You can expect to work on automation code, architectural improvements, security enhancements and vulnerability management for the SaaS offering. You thrive on a fast-paced environment with a lot of variety.

You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people in the industry to continually assess and improve the security, delivery and reliability posture of leading SaaS products in the End User Computing space.

What you'll do:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions for both the UEM SaaS Commercial and Federal offerings

  • Develop and maintain infrastructure and configuration using Terraform, Ansible and other tools

  • Collaborate to deliver scalable secure cloud solutions across multiple SaaS offerings

  • Implement DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and deployment automation

  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with commercial standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27k, PCI) and federal security standards

  • Implement proactive strategies for identifying and remediating vulnerabilities

What will you bring to Omnissa?

  • US Citizenship required

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in a DevOps or comparable Cloud engineering position with demonstrated track record of execution and delivery

  • Proven development and scripting background (Python, Powershell, Bash)

  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred) and/or Configuration Management tools (Ansible preferred)

  • Strong expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred)

  • Experience with containerization technologies

  • Understanding of cloud security principles and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments

  • Familiarity with federal security frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, etc.) and cloud security compliance requirements

  • Ability to learn independently and is self-driven

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills

  • Previous experience in SaaS product strongly preferred

the typical base salary for this role is between $134,400.00 - $224,000.00 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
