  • Implement cloud governance frameworks and ensure compliance with applicable security and regulatory standards
  • Oversee automation workflows for deployment, monitoring, and operations to reduce manual effort and increase system reliability
  • Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend enhancements to improve performance and cost-efficiency
  • Support both development and operations teams by integrating CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and performance tuning
  • Serve as a cloud expert, promoting collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning across engineering teams

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Mid-level candidates: 4-7 years of relevant experience
  • Senior-level candidates: 7-9 years of relevant experience
  • US citizenship with active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required
  • 4–7 years of experience designing, deploying, and maintaining advanced cloud solutions
  • Demonstrated expertise in AWS environments supporting multiple classification domains (e.g., IL5 to IL6+)
  • Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and EBS
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
  • Proficiency managing and securing Linux and Windows Server systems in production environments
  • Hands-on scripting experience using Python and Bash for cloud automation
  • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and implementation of advanced security controls
  • Experience supporting operational environments, managing ticket queues, and leveraging knowledge bases for issue resolution
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics to diverse audiences
  • Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent 8140/8570 certification (valid for at least one year)
  • Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate/Professional or SysOps Administrator) preferred

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Knowledge of CI/CD frameworks and version control systems (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Background in automation, monitoring, and performance tuning in secure production systems

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
