Your Responsibilities on the Team Serve as the primary system administrator for a multi-user Salesforce environment. Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.). Partner with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices. Act as a gatekeeper for declarative vs. programmatic solutions, ensuring alignment with platform principles. Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data security across the org. Oversee data integrity, deduplication efforts, and integrations with external systems. Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce processes and data quality across the organization. Coordinate and execute configuration changes, including automation, custom objects, page layouts, and record types. Evaluate and implement new features from Salesforce releases and AppExchange products. Collaborate with developers to refactor code into declarative automation where appropriate. Maintain system documentation, policies, and training materials. Work with third-party vendors to implement new systems and features. Support DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems or related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce Advanced System Admin and Platform App Builder certifications required Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, architecture, data model, and platform capabilities. Experience with Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, and contact center implementations Familiarity with DevOps tools and SDLC processes. Ability to manage data imports, integrations, and automation at scale. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience leading or mentoring a team of Salesforce Admins. Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for a multi-user Salesforce environment.

  • Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).

  • Partner with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.

  • Act as a gatekeeper for declarative vs. programmatic solutions, ensuring alignment with platform principles.

  • Oversee data integrity, deduplication efforts, and integrations with external systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

  • Salesforce Advanced System Admin and Platform App Builder certifications required

  • Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.

  • Experience with Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, and contact center implementations

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and SDLC processes.

  • Ability to manage data imports, integrations, and automation at scale.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience leading or mentoring a team of Salesforce Admins.
