Responsibilities

  • Oversee infrastructure support to maintain seamless integration and functionality
  • Guide teams in utilizing CI/CD pipelines for streamlined project delivery

  • Maintain quality standards in testing processes
  • Manage client accounts and foster trusted client relationships
  • Inspire and mentor team members to achieve project success
  • Implement strategic planning to advance testing and quality assurance initiatives

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certification preferred
  • Proficiency in test environment automation tools
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure
  • Skill in scripting languages for automation
  • Experience with performance testing and release management
  • Proven troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Computer Engineering preferred

The salary range for this position is: $82,500 - $198,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
