Base pay range: $90,000 - $105,000 (based on relevant experience). Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for Salesforce CRM administration and development. Will include integrations with other internal systems used for customer sales and customer support data. Automating data integrations between internal systems Work with the Marketing and Sales leadership team to improve customer sales and support cycles. Design, develop, and implement processes, systems, and technology to support and enhance the operations system support function. Implement and improve systems user interface per business operations requirements. Interface with all levels of management to provide updates on initiatives and issues. Collaborate with other technical teams to improve business processes and data flows. Document all process flows and requests. Implement policies and procedures Support email server and email deliverability to customers. Minimum Requirements 3+ years of System Support Engineering role in a large corporate environment preferred. BA or BS degree in an Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Excellent communications, interpersonal skills, and team oriented Familiarity with administrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Support System Applications. Experience with Salesforce or similar competitors. Experience in writing/maintaining SQL and programming languages like JavaScript, python, perl, or similar. Familiarity with integrating disparate systems (i.e., implementing workflows that integrate across systems via REST API calls). Experience with Server virtualization and server OSS such as Windows Server editions and Linux distros is required. Linux/Unix Administration, or Linux system familiarity. Some experience or exposure to operations support and remediation. Fundamental knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, containerization technology, and data center operations Experience in managing email servers and understanding business email deliverability requirements and monitoring. Ability to implement and update policies and procedures around system implementations and updates. What You'll Do… The Senior Salesforce System Administrator & Developer will serve as an expert on the Salesforce platform and any additional applications that interact with Salesforce. This individual will work with leadership and stakeholders from all departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Operations, Shipping, Warehouse, QC, and Purchasing to ensure that the Xtreme Lashes Salesforce Org meets business needs and runs smoothly. The Senior Salesforce System Administrator & Developer will have a complete understanding of Xtreme Lashes business requirements to ensure successful Salesforce system design and implementation as well as ongoing maintenance and evolution of the system. He or she will work cross collaboratively to push continuous business improvement. Responsibilities include creating custom Xtreme Lashes elements in Salesforce, creating and testing automation processes, manipulating data, creating user-friendly interfaces, fulfilling programming requests, testing programming functionality, learning about and managing new and existing apps/clouds/packages, and assisting in employee training and usage. Solutions should be scalable and easy to maintain while keeping the overall user experience in mind. This is a remote position, so clear and effective communication, time management skills, and the ability to work during Central Standard Time core business hours (9am-5pm) are essential to success. As in any tech role, must be available to work earlier or later if there are any critical issues affecting the business' ability to operate that must be resolved. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborates with internal and external developers, business stakeholders, and other Salesforce Administrators, Programmers, and Developers to design, configure, implement, and maintain a robust Salesforce org and related Apps to meet the needs of a dynamic and growing business. This individual will: Develop a deep understanding of the Xtreme Lashes business model. Lead the technical development and delivery of Salesforce solutions and implementations including the development of custom solutions and integrations. Promptly respond to stakeholder requests for Salesforce support to collect data, obtain clarity on requests (as needed), conduct research, analyze the problem or request, conduct regression testing and implement solutions, communicate on progress, all within the established timeframe required. Create and/or update detailed documentation of data structures/schema, automations, processes, and integrations in Lucid Chart as projects are assigned. Work with Management and end users to evaluate business needs, anticipate requirements, gather stakeholder requirements, uncover areas for improvement, design, develop, and implement solutions accordingly. Manage time and expectations to ensure all requests, tasks, and projects are completed within agreed-upon timeframe. Build or update Salesforce customizations (workflows, flows, process builders, validation rules, etc.) per design and business use case; this includes strategically leading the team to migrate all current process builders and workflows to Flows Validate and test new feature development against business requirements and acceptance criteria before rollout in Salesforce Sandboxes, followed by migration to Salesforce Production and completing the same testing again; this includes performing quality assurance and regression testing of website functionalities from a customer standpoint whenever changes are made, as appropriate, since our Salesforce Org provides much of the data and calculation used by our website. Ensure that work performed is well organized and documented, complete with updated personal task list, Salesforce Tasks, and Outlook calendar. Develop and maintain SOPs for the business processes created in or around Salesforce implementation via Lucid Charts and/or Salesforce Knowledge Articles. Support the team with onboarding or offboarding employee permission sets, licenses, view/edit accesses, page layouts, etc. Create Reports and Dashboards based on employee responsibilities and needs. Identify on-going issues and designs future system projects to address them. Provide ongoing Salesforce support and training to employees and customers. Open and manage tickets in a timely manner with Salesforce Support or Account Engagement support, as needed. Utilize Github for bug tracking, communication with other Salesforce Admins, and check in code updates with detailed notes on Salesforce Sandbox & Production updates needed or completed for accurate source version control. Job Summary

The Salesforce CRM Engineer will be responsible for administrating, maintaining, and developing our CRM systems and developing integrations with other internal systems. The candidate will be working on large projects including product support, systems implementation, process flow enhancements, customer sales and support system design, data integrations, and user interface design. Candidate will participate in project planning, development, user acceptance testing, and maintaining site reliability in a production environment. The Salesforce CRM Engineer is responsible for delivering project-oriented tasks and day-to-day tasks to support the Marketing and Sales Team initiatives.

Base pay range: $90,000 - $105,000 (based on relevant experience).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Salesforce CRM administration and development. Will include integrations with other internal systems used for customer sales and customer support data.
  • Automating data integrations between internal systems
  • Work with the Marketing and Sales leadership team to improve customer sales and support cycles.
  • Design, develop, and implement processes, systems, and technology to support and enhance the operations system support function.
  • Implement and improve systems user interface per business operations requirements.
  • Interface with all levels of management to provide updates on initiatives and issues.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to improve business processes and data flows.
  • Document all process flows and requests. Implement policies and procedures
  • Support email server and email deliverability to customers.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of System Support Engineering role in a large corporate environment preferred.
  • BA or BS degree in an Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal skills, and team oriented
  • Familiarity with administrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Support System Applications. Experience with Salesforce or similar competitors.
  • Experience in writing/maintaining SQL and programming languages like JavaScript, python, perl, or similar.
  • Familiarity with integrating disparate systems (i.e., implementing workflows that integrate across systems via REST API calls).
  • Experience with Server virtualization and server OSS such as Windows Server editions and Linux distros is required. Linux/Unix Administration, or Linux system familiarity.
  • Some experience or exposure to operations support and remediation.
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, containerization technology, and data center operations
  • Experience in managing email servers and understanding business email deliverability requirements and monitoring.
  • Ability to implement and update policies and procedures around system implementations and updates.
  • Other tools experience desired: MS Dynamics, CISCO UCCE or other telephony services, database management
