Analyze business needs and translate functional requirements into Salesforce configuration, customization, and development solutions. Configure and implement CRM system functionality that supports effective case management, workflow automation, reporting, and user adoption. Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Salesforce components, pages, workflows, integrations, and application extensions. Support modernization and enhancement efforts for Salesforce applications, including updates to user interfaces, automation, reports, dashboards, and supporting documentation. Follow established development, testing, release management, security, and documentation practices.
