We are looking for:

Salesforce Architect

Your future role:

• Analysis of business requirements and mapping them to Salesforce capabilities,
• Creating technical design for solutions according to Salesforce best practices,
• leading development of IT solutions on Force.com platform applying best practice of design patterns (with ability to utilize Salesforce built-in functionalities),
• Presentations of design and implemented solutions to customers,
• Creative approach for solving common challenges across projects,
• Implementing and maintaining accelerators for future projects.

Apply if you have:

• 8+ years' experience in IT commercial projects (on various positions),
• 3 + years' experience in Solution Architect/Technical Architect role,
• Very good understanding of CRM systems,
• Very good understanding of business processes in banking and/or insurance sector,
• Broad range of technical knowledge especially in system architecture area,
• Experience in leading implementation teams,
• Good uderstanding of system integration area,
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
• Open minded seeking for innovative solutions,
• Self-Starter Attitude,
• Very good spoken and written English and Polish.
