Job Description

Zurich (Schaumburg, IL) seeks a Salesforce Lead Developer to be part of a Core Platform Modernization team and focusing on developing, defining, configuring, supporting, and auditing Salesforce applications. Specific duties include: implementing Salesforce.com solutions using best practices through standard configuration and custom development; developing clear functional requirement and technical specifications when custom development is required; supporting the analysis of CRM and Digital platforms and information system needs through the organization including product evaluations, recommendations for system selection, implementation, enhancements, and support; defining and optimizing process to help drive improvements to meet business needs in Salesforce; building and managing dashboards, views, and reports; designing security module; developing custom components, triggers, and pages; auditing and resolving data quality issues; and making recommendations to prevent issues from recurring in the future. Position requires Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certifications. Option to work remotely 40 % of the time from anywhere in the U.S.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field of study, plus 6 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Lead Consultant, Software Engineer, or similar position developing, defining, configuring, supporting, and auditing Salesforce applications. Must have 6 years of experience in Salesforce Development. Must also have 3 years of experience with each of the following: working with Lightning Aura Component; developing Classes, Controllers and Triggers; working with Salesforce Batch Apex; and working with Rest API integration. Additionally, must have 1 year of experience working with Lightning Service Console. Must have Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certifications.
