Key Responsibilities Architecture & Solution Delivery Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and contact center environments integrated with AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice. Build and maintain integration frameworks connecting Salesforce with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Lambda, SQL DBs) and EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner) using FHIR and HL7 standards. Technical Expertise & Leadership Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert in Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and contact center modernization. Guide developers on development and configuration, including Apex triggers/classes, Lightning Components, Flows, Agentforce automations, and Data Cloud integrations. Guide developers on implementing Agentforce-powered workflows and leveraging Data Cloud for real-time data unification. Partner with AWS and DevOps teams to deliver event-driven and API-based integrations. Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities, including generative and agentic AI, and recommend adoption strategies. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to design Salesforce-enabled workflows that enhance patient and provider experiences. Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and UX designers to translate business objectives into actionable Salesforce solutions . Facilitate design workshops, technical reviews, and alignment sessions across cross-functional teams. Governance & Compliance Maintain architecture artifacts , solution diagrams, and integration documentation. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations , enterprise security policies , and healthcare data privacy standards.
