The Senior Principal Enterprise Analyst is responsible for overseeing the requirement, design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce software solutions within the organization. This role services as the lead analyst/configurator on medium to complex projects, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior analysts. The Sr. Principal Enterprise Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and align with the strategic goals of the organization. Key responsibilities include driving innovation, improving software quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce configuration principles, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The Senior Principal Enterprise Analyst is responsible for overseeing the requirement, design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce software solutions within the organization. This role services as the lead analyst/configurator on medium to complex projects, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior analysts. The Sr. Principal Enterprise Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and align with the strategic goals of the organization. Key responsibilities include driving innovation, improving software quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce configuration principles, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS –

· Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products
