Senior Director, IT - Go-to-Market (GTM)

Job Summary

As Senior Director of IT - GTM, you'll report to the CIO and lead a 75+ global team of IT professionals that equip our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions with the technology needed to "put data + AI to work for the Intelligent Enterprise." You'll drive transformation by aligning enterprise systems with GTM strategies, championing a customer-first mindset, and scaling capabilities through AI, automation, and data-driven innovation. Key Responsibilities

  • Accelerate value delivery by deeply understanding customer needs and empowering teams with scalable, intuitive, and efficient tools

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading AI-innovation efforts, automation strategies, and data governance
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to communicate complex ideas to executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications
