Ensures that all necessary/appropriate condiments are available for the guests to enjoy their meals Advises the Server if the guest requests to order additional food and beverage. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide guests with accurate and thorough information regarding menu items, pricing, and allergen information Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business Take and enter orders into POS system promptly and accurately Ensure all the food and drinks are served immediately and according to specifications Ensure that all the necessary stock is being replenished during the shift Move furniture as directed by management, including but not limited to: tables, chairs, bar stools, banquettes, bar tables, boxes, and equipment Respond to guest concerns/complaints and correct errors or resolve complaints while maintaining a positive attitude escalating to management when necessary Comply with all safety and health department procedures and all state and federal liquor laws Maintain company safety and sanitation standards Prepare guest checks through POS terminal functions. Process guest payments by cash, credit card, venue comps and all other tender types Collect required signatures from guest and promptly close guest checks Ensure accurate accounting of all monies and independent banking procedures Sign all cash out slips legibly Ensure complete and proper check out procedures Clean all spills immediately and place all trash in proper receptacles Inform management of any complaint, comments or incident Ensure nightly/weekly and opening/running/closing duties are completed Record and report any equipment failure and/or safety hazards to management immediately Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS High School Diploma preferred Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Valid Driver's License 21+ years of age Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards Minimum of two (2) years related experience Experience with POS systems Familiarity with beer and spirits Proper lifting techniques Guest relations Sanitation and safety Safe alcohol service Full service restaurant operations Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public WORKING CONDITIONS The working conditions described below are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. The Server Assistant is responsible for resetting tables; courteously and efficiently supporting servers with Guest needs; servicing and maintaining the dining area. Delivers online food and beverage orders to food and beverage outlets and guest rooms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing "Can Do" attitude genuine hospitality and by exceeding guest expectations

  • Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service
  • Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems
  • Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate
  • Performs other duties as required to provide "Can Do" attitude genuine hospitality
  • Performs side duties as assigned
  • Provides food and beverage service to guests in the restaurant
  • Clears tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware
  • Properly wipes tables using the proper towel, wipes and brushes chairs and ensures that the floor areas are clean and free of debris
  • Resets table quickly and properly
  • Restocks bussing stations regularly by polishing silverware, and stocking with china, glassware, ice, napkins and clearing trays
  • Replenishes ice bin
  • Empties trash receptacles
  • Breaks down/scrapes and sorts glassware and chinaware, racks glasses appropriately, and disposes of rubbish at the soiled dish table
  • Is familiar and complies will all Department of Health sanitation and food safety guidelines
  • Replenishes water; makes and pours coffee
  • Assists with the delivery of food to the proper table, describing the food items to the guests. Ensures that all necessary/appropriate condiments are available for the guests to enjoy their meals
  • Advises the Server if the guest requests to order additional food and beverage.
  • Assists service team as necessary to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Sweeps and mops floors regularly; ensuring safety guidelines are being followed
  • Delivers online food and beverage orders to guests
  • Perform related duties as assigned by Manager.
  • Maintain compliance with all company and brand policies and procedures.
