Come join the Beef 'O' Brady's winning team as a Server at 109 Marketplace Lane Flowood, MS 39232!We are seeking a superstar Server who lives to create amazing guest experiences! If you are friendly, upbeat, and passionate about providing great guest service in a fun, fast-paced environment, then you'll love being a part of the Beef 'O' Brady's team in Flowood. Now hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Server positions.    
Our service team members greet guests, take orders, and serve Beef's delicious menu items!  Positive attitudes and teamwork are a must at Beef's.  If you enjoy people and take pride in turning customers into loyal guests, then apply today!  
ServerResponsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests to Beef's
  • Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders
  • Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions
  • Present guest check and take payment
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Keep station and service areas clean and organized 
  • Complete duties without constant supervision
ServerRequirements
  • Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements  
  • Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
  • Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
  • Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment 
  • Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
