Job Description

At Wow Food Group we pride ourselves on serving up delicious food and top-notch customer service to the Bloomington and Bedford communities. Our restaurants stand out from the crowd by emphasizing consistently high quality food and drinks while delivering a warm, welcoming environment to each and every guest. 

We’re hiring servers that are passionate about hospitality, food, and helping people have a great dining experience. An Wow Food Group server is comfortable memorizing orders and menus, experienced working in a customer-facing role, able to easily converse with guests, and a team player.

Ultimately, it is the duty of our servers to provide an excellent overall dining experience. Guests should walk away not only satisfied with their meals, but with a pleasant memory of their time with us. Some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests after they are seated
  • Exhibit professional attitude and presentation in accordance with our appearance and dress standards
  • Know the menu, including ingredients and prices
  • Know and relay specials, make recommendations to guests when requested
  • Take orders and communicate with Kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner 
  • Perform all table service functions
