Assists residents with menu selections and responds professionally to questions about menu items. Uses Sunrise systems per guidelines for order taking and meal delivery to ensure accuracy. Practices safe food handling procedures at all times in accordance with all, federal, state/provincial, and local laws, regulations, and guidance and Sunrise policies and procedures. Complies with OSHA requirements/British Columbia Workers Compensation Act and Occupational Health and Safety Regulation and Risk Management programs and policies, adheres to safety rules and regulations, and practices safety procedures at all times including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Lockout Tagout procedures.
