Description Duties & Responsibilities Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness. Greets members promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner. Address the member by name whenever possible. Know and be able to recite specials and/or restaurant promotions to create member awareness. Record food and beverage orders from the members accurately, repeating information back to the member to ensure proper order was taken and making suggestions for beverage and food course upsells.
