What we’re looking for:
Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, guiding them through the menu and making recommendations based on their preferences:

  • Make knowledgeable recommendations based on guests' preferences, suggesting food and drink pairings. 
Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar: 
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail when taking orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 
  • Efficiently use the order management system or written order pads to record guests' selections. 
  • Verify order details with guests to confirm accuracy and make any necessary modifications. 
  • Communicate orders clearly and promptly to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring a smooth workflow. 
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high-quality presentation: 
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure that orders are prepared and served promptly. 
  • Ensure proper food handling and plate presentation, adhering to established quality standards. 
  • Deliver dishes to guests with care, presenting them attractively and verifying guests' satisfaction. 
  • Serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, responsibly and in accordance with legal requirements. 
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns: 
  • Pay close attention to guests' cues and anticipate their needs, such as refilling drinks or providing extra condiments. 
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns. 
  • Resolve issues or complaints effectively, seeking assistance from the supervisor or manager if necessary. 
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations, to ensure a positive guest experience. 
Approach guests with a friendly and positive attitude, creating a welcoming experience:

Collaborate with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience: 
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork with colleagues to ensure smooth coordination of service. 
  • Assist fellow servers when needed, such as carrying trays or delivering orders during peak times. 
  • Collaborate with bartenders to ensure timely delivery of beverages and accurate billing. 
  • Communicate guest feedback or special requests to the kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
