Adheres to responsible consumption of alcohol guidelines to prevent over serving guests. Immediately notifies management of any complaint or issue verbalized by a guest. Presents guest check for final payment consistent with timing standards & returns credit card/change immediately. Always thanks guests for dining/drinking with us. Assembles take out and to go-orders as directed by management. Accurately completes end of shift cash-out procedures. Checks out with Management at conclusion of shift to ensure all duties & sidework have been completed to standard. Performs additional tasks & projects as assigned. Able to effectively speak, read & write in English. Meets minimum age and permit requirements for serving alcohol. Possess the physical stamina to stand working for up to 10 hours.
