Dynamic Server Support is a senior position that performs tasks related to the repair of a variety of client products. Performs basic, moderately complex, and complex troubleshooting activities for desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and Servers. Interacts directly with clients to address technical issues and respond to them timely and accurately. Responsibilities Provide customer support for designated equipment Answer client questions in a professional manner Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement for each client Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in established guidelines and policies Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented in established policies and guidelines Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented in established policies and guidelines Follow various established policies, guidelines, and documents relating to the successful delivery of service for each client Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment as required by client service agreements Report all activity in an accurate and timely manner Understand all Safety policies and guidelines and work within the guidelines of policies daily Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs Qualifications Education and Experience: Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience Previous customer service experience is a plus Certifications and/or Qualifications: Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management Knowledge of relevant software and hardware Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance Skills: Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients Ability to drive to client locations Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs. JOB DESCRIPTION

Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed. This includes competitive compensation starting at $25.00 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Display knowledge of the F&B menus
• Follow steps of service and maintain high service standards as per provided training
• Take food and/or drink orders and use POS system to input orders
• Serve beverages and food dishes to guests in an accurate and timely manner
• Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
• Checks back to ensure guest(s) satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requested at comfort stations
• Suggests and serves dessert, coffee and other items as applicable and/or necessary
• Handles all cash and/or credit cards for payment following all standard operating procedures
• Keeps tables, dining room and workstation(s) sanitized and organized
• Listen and respond to guest complaints
• Performs clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by manager
• Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager

Education and Experience Requirements
• 1-2 years of food service experience
• Minimum education: High School (or equivalent) Diploma
• A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
• Possesses excellent customer service skills
• Must be dependable
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment

Working Conditions
• Physical activity including long periods (6-8 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and scooping
• The employee will be required regularly to reach with arms and hands
• The employee occasionally will be required to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of sight, reading, wrist movement to serve meals and beverages, operate food service equipment and clean food service areas
• Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and depth perception
• Noise level is moderately quiet
• Work extended hours during golf and holiday season.
• Work weekends and holidays
