Claiborne Senior Living has an immediate opening for a Kitchen Assistant and is offering competitive pay with great benefits. Claiborne Senior Living offers double time on holidays, advancement opportunities and employee rewards and referral programs where you can earn up to $1,000 per employee referral and $2,000 per resident referral.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Kitchen Assistant Duties:
- Cleans, washes and sanitizes dishes and utensils and returns them to appropriate storage
- Performs sanitation clean-up of kitchen and dining areas
- Serves residents in the dining room (as needed)
- Displays professionalism and friendliness with residents, families and co-workers
- Supports a positive and professional image through actions and dress
Kitchen Assistant Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year prior restaurant/dining experience
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
