The Bourbon Group Server position is committed to creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest.  Servers should be warm and welcoming promoting a comfortable drinking and dining environment. Servers are always on time and prepared for their shift.  They go out of their way to please the guest and are never inconvenienced by special requests.  Servers must communicate clearly with diners to meet their needs and display extensive knowledge of the menu and products.
