This is an in-office position based on the west side of Evansville, IN. What You’ll Do Draft, review, and process a variety of contracts. Maintain contract databases, track compliance, and ensure proper execution of agreements. Conduct legal and regulatory research to support attorneys, compliance, and business leaders. Summarize findings into clear reports, memos, and guidance for decision-making. Assist with corporate filings, intellectual property documentation, and form management. Support policy development, training materials, and compliance manuals. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Compliance teams to implement legal and policy requirements. Act as a liaison between Corporate Counsel and business operations, providing general in-house legal support. What We’re Looking For Associate or Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certificate strongly preferred. 3–5 years of paralegal experience, ideally in a corporate or in-house setting. Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency with legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw) and Microsoft Office Suite.
